  • I read every enquiry myself. Within 24 hours you get a reply with either a few follow-up questions or a time for a 30-minute call. After the call, a written proposal with a fixed price arrives within 48 hours.

  • Completely. Describe the problem in your own words and leave the services blank. Working out what you need is part of the first conversation, and it costs nothing.

  • Say so in the form. A focused audit or a tightly scoped MVP sprint is often the best use of a small budget, and I'll tell you honestly if the money is better spent elsewhere for now.

  • Yes. I'm happy to sign your NDA before we go into detail, and nothing you share is used in my portfolio without written permission.
